Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (IATA code AGP) lies around 8 km south-west of the city centre and is the main gateway to the Costa del Sol. It handles flights from all over Europe and many international destinations, with very marked peaks in traffic during the summer.
Terminals
The vast majority of commercial flights operate from Terminal 3, which is connected to Terminal 2. When you book your transfer, all we need is your flight number: we'll know which terminal you're arriving at and what time you actually land.
From the plane to the exit
- Passport control (only for flights from outside the Schengen area, such as the United Kingdom). In high season this can take a while, which is why your complimentary waiting time starts from your actual landing time.
- Baggage reclaim at the belts shown on the screens.
- Exit to the arrivals hall, where drivers wait with name signs.
Where to find your driver
If you've booked with Málaga Transfers Services, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, right at the exit from the baggage reclaim area, with a sign bearing your name. Before your trip we give you a contact phone number so you can let us know about anything unexpected (a lost suitcase, for example).
If you can't spot your driver, call us or message us on WhatsApp on +34 693 275 901.
Tips for a stress-free arrival
- Make sure your phone has battery and data (or connect to the airport's free Wi-Fi).
- If you're travelling with children, tell us their ages when you book so we can prepare the child seats.
- If your flight is diverted or cancelled, let us know: we'll reschedule the service.
- Book your return transfer to the airport too, so you don't have to rely on taxis on the day you leave.
